Summer students

Work in our Regina corporate office or Operations in one of our field offices.

Length: May to August
Application dates: Sept. 26 – Jan. 12

What you’ll do

Corporate office: Past students have worked in IT, Lending, Finance, Governance, HR, Marketing and Risk Management.

Operations: Provide technical lending support, loan and office administration and customer service for our producers.

What we’re looking for

Corporate office: All academic backgrounds. We also focus on diversity, ensuring we have a representative workforce.

Operations: Typically, students studying finance or agribusiness, or who have an ag background.

What you’ll need

  • Post-secondary enrolment for fall 2023
  • Registered in at least three courses
  • Legally entitled to work in Canada

Recent grads

Work in our Regina corporate office with an exceptional team as an Ag Lending Analyst. 

Length: Permanent and term positions
Application dates: January, May, September

What you’ll do

Provide financial services and advice in our high-volume Customer Service Centre, responding to inquiries by phone or email in a clear, courteous and professional manner.

What we’re looking for

  • Strong communicator dedicated to exceptional customer experience
  • Multi-tasker who can handle general inquiry calls, scorecard and detailed loans 
  • Financial and ag industry knowledge
  • Team player committed to FCC culture

What you’ll need

  • Degree in agriculture, business, commerce, economics or finance
  • Diploma with 1-3 years of experience
  • Equivalent education and experience


FCC Indigenous Student Empowerment Fund

Balancing school and personal expenses isn’t easy. Open to Indigenous students attending one of four Saskatchewan post-secondary institutions, the FCC Indigenous Student Empowerment Fund can provide you with up to $1,000 for basic needs any time during the semester.
