Bernard Gilbert is a Senior Relationship Manager, Indigenous Financing at FCC, where he serves Indigenous customers throughout British Columbia. He provides financing options to First Nations, Inuit and Métis customers interested in food and beverage, and in the agriculture industry.

Bernard is Secwépemc and Nuu-chah-nulth and has experience in multiple provincial industry sectors, both Indigenous and non-Indigenous. He is passionate about sharing his knowledge and insights to bring value to and work alongside Indigenous Peoples.

Prior to joining FCC in 2022, Bernard worked in a national financial institution, Indigenous tourism, Indigenous childcare, renewable energy and national consulting. He holds two master’s degrees – one in business, and one in international management. He is also a certified project manager, holding both PMP and CSM designations.
