Frequently asked questions
Yes. All borrowers on the loan can make a transfer.
No. You won’t receive a disbursement notice, but you can access your disbursement activity by selecting View transfer history.
A couple of reasons this could be happening:
- Any party to the loan is past due on any FCC loan
- You don’t have sufficient available credit
- Your loan has reached maturity
If you’re still unable to transfer, please contact your FCC team.
