When it’s time to renew your FCC loan, complete the process in Online Services.
It’s easy! Save time and paperwork, see who has signed and who hasn’t and access your document when it’s convenient for you.



Renew in 4 simple steps

Sign in to Online Services and click Renew.

Select one of the Loan Renewal Term Options.

Read and acknowledge the terms and conditions.

Sign and submit the offer.*

*All other parties must also accept and sign the offer. Guarantors will be notified and must also sign the offer.

Frequently asked questions

Yes. A copy of the fully executed renewal document will be available in Online Services for you to review or print for 30 days after the loan matures. You’ll also receive a Confirmation of Change in Repayment Terms by mail 15 days after your loan’s maturity date.
Online renewal emails are system generated and come from donotreply@fcc-fac.ca. To ensure delivery, please add this email to your contacts and check your spam/ junk folder. Moving the email out of the spam/ junk and into your main folder will also teach your inbox to receive future FCC emails.
A courtesy confirmation email will be sent to each user once they’ve successfully signed the loan renewal. You can also see the signing status for all parties to the loan on the renewal confirmation page. Once all signatures have been received, we’ll notify you that the completed loan renewal document is available.
Contact your FCC Team to make a change after you’ve selected an option. They will cancel the renewal delivery option in Online Services and continue the process via paper. All parties to the loan will receive an email notification to alert them the delivery method has changed.
If one or more borrowers don’t sign the renewal, it will automatically default to a 5-year variable interest term as outlined in the terms and conditions of your renewal.
Yes. To change the delivery channel of your renewal, please contact your local FCC Team. They will cancel the renewal in Online Services and process it using the standard paper process. All parties to the loan will receive an email notification to alert them the delivery method has changed.
