Important information: Canada Post service disruption

The mail disruption through Canada Post may affect the delivery of your statements and other documents. 

To avoid any disruption in receiving your statements, sign up for Online Services and choose your delivery preferences. You can receive notifications by email and/or SMS (text), and to view your statements online. 

It is important to keep your accounts in good standing. If you have an upcoming payment that is not set up as a pre-authorized payment, please contact your local field office or call 1-888-332-3301.
