FCC requires high-level financial details about you and your operation, and having it handy will speed up the process. You’ll need to provide a bit of information about your annual income, including off-farm or other income, total assets and total liabilities. And once we have this information on file, applying for future FCC financing will be even faster.
If you have your financial information ready, you can complete the process in as little as 10 minutes. You’ll be asked the same questions you’d be asked over the phone – no need to wait for a call from FCC to get started.
Yes. Any information you enter in the online credit application is shared exclusively with FCC through a secure channel.
Once you submit, a confirmation page will display the next steps you need to follow in the application process. You’ll also receive an email confirmation.
If you’ve been approved in the moment, the application will walk you through how to digitally sign your loan documents and provide you with your new loan details.
If your application has been sent to the Customer Service Centre for processing, they’ll contact you to gather any additional information FCC requires and keep you informed on the status of your application.
Your retailer will also be notified when a lending decision has been made on your application and you’re able to complete your input purchase with them.
You have seven days to complete the application. All information is automatically saved as you move through the application process, and you can come back at any point within the seven-day period to make changes by clicking My Applications in your Online Services account.
If you haven’t submitted your application yet, you can go back and update any information within the seven-day period. If you’ve already submitted your application, call the Customer Service Centre for assistance at 1-888-522-2555 or send them an email.
