Annessa specializes in transition conversations, focusing on sharing unique business structures, family dynamics, estate planning processes and innovative tools that can make this difficult process easier.

Since moving back to her family’s farm, she applies her personal experience with succession planning to her consulting . Her motto for clients, “Succession is the transfer of a business, while estate planning is the transfer of assets. Transition is a combination of both and is proactive rather than reactive.”

Prior to joining FCC, Annessa worked at GRS Consulting Ltd., her family’s succession planning consulting company. She attended Mount Royal University and received a business degree, with honours, specializing in supply chain management.
