Supporting Young Farmers
Whether you’re entering your first 4-H show or building your operation, we’re ready to help young farmers of all ages.
Our relationship with 4-H Canada spans more than 25 years, as a national and provincial sponsor, and provider of local funding through the FCC 4-H Club Fund. In Quebec, FCC partners with the Association des jeunes ruraux du Québec (AJRQ) and the Fédération de la relève agricole du Québec (FRAQ) for rural youth and young adults.
Agriculture in the Classroom builds awareness and understanding of sustainable agriculture and food systems by providing education resources to teachers and students across Canada. FCC is the sole financial contributor to Canadian Ag Literacy Week.
FCC on Campus
FCC believes in the future of Canadian agriculture. And education is key. That’s why we support ag students in colleges and universities through FCC on Campus. Students may receive customized classroom lectures, or learn about student employment opportunities at FCC.
Loans for Young Farmers
Young farmers are the future of our industry and we support them any way we can. FCC lends billions of dollars through loans like Young Farmer and Transition loans and other financing products and services to help young farmers succeed.
