FCC is a great place to build your skills and get your career started on the right path. We hire post-secondary students for summer employment in two areas: Corporate office and operations. Learn a little more about each one below.
Summer student terms start in May and wrap up in August. Applications are now closed.
Work in operations
Location(s): Offices across Canada
Who we hire: These positions are typically filled by students studying finance, agribusiness or who come from an agriculture background.
What you’ll do: Provide technical lending support, loan and office administration and customer service for our producers.
Work in corporate office
Location: Regina, Saskatchewan
Who we hire: Students from a variety of academic backgrounds. We also offer a program with a focus on diversity – ensuring we have a truly representative workforce.
What you’ll do: We hire for many different divisions, so the opportunities are endless. In the past students have worked in IT, Lending, Finance, Governance, HR, Marketing and Risk Management.
To be considered for a summer student position you must be:
- Enrolled at a post-secondary institution for fall 2020 and registered in at least three courses
- Legally entitled to work in Canada. Eligible applicants include Canadian citizens, permanent residents and refugees in Canada with legal status. Temporary visitors, student visa holders and those waiting for permanent status will not be considered.
