Change management expertise needed

Lead a team of change management professionals responsible for supporting enterprise change efforts and maximizing adoption levels to help achieve business objectives.

What you'll do:

  • Manage the development and implementation of strategies and plans
  • Collaborate on projects to determine the appropriate pacing and co-ordination of change
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Mentor the team in development planning, workload management, and setting and achieving performance objectives 

What we're looking for:

  • Senior-level expert in ADKAR and related principles
  • Self-driven leader proficient in strategy development, leadership change coaching and change communication
  • Innovative thinker who exhibits sound business judgment
  • Proven consultant with strong facilitation, analytical and problem-solving skills

What you'll need:

  • A degree in business administration, social sciences or organizational development and at least eight years of related experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience); Prosci or similar certification is an asset
  • In-depth knowledge of project management and agile methodologies
