Greg Stewart, P.Ag, C.Dir.
President and Chief Executive Officer
Greg has served as President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Farm Credit Canada (FCC), headquartered in Regina, since November 2007. FCC is Canada’s leading agriculture lender, with a loan portfolio of more than $22 billion. FCC provides financing, insurance, software, learning programs and other business services to producers, agribusinesses and agri-food operations.
Greg joined FCC in 1987 and worked in a number of progressively responsible positions, gaining extensive experience in operations and risk management. In 2002, Greg assumed the role of Senior Vice-President, Lending Operations, where he helped double the corporation’s portfolio. In 2005, Greg was appointed to the position of Executive Vice-President and in 2006, he was also named Chief Operating Officer. In 2007, he was appointed President and CEO.
Greg earned a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture from the University of Manitoba. He is also a professional agrologist, a graduate of the Chicago Booth School of Business Executive Institute and holds a Chartered Director designation from McMaster University. Greg volunteers his time as a board member for Habitat for Humanity, the Ignite Adult Learning Corporation and Food Banks Canada.

Rick Hoffman, CMA, MBA
EVP and Chief Financial Officer
With 25 years of experience in agriculture, Rick leads Farm Credit Canada’s controller, treasury and internal audit teams. Rick has been with FCC since 2000 and most recently served as Vice President of Finance and Venture Capital. In addition to his Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation, Rick also holds a Masters in Business Administration. He currently serves on the Advisory Board for the Levene Graduate School of Business, is a past member of the Accreditation Committee for the Society of Management Accountants and is a member of Financial Executives International. He has also been an active volunteer in community sports programs.
Rémi Lemoine, MBA, CCP
EVP and Chief Operating Officer
With over 17 years of experience at FCC, Rémi is responsible for the overall management of Farm Credit Canada’s national operations, including alliances and channel management. Most recently, Rémi was the Senior VP of Portfolio and Credit Risk. Prior to that, he held various management positions in the areas of operations, customer service, alliances, and credit risk. Rémi holds a BBA and an MBA from the University of New Brunswick and attended the Nova Scotia Agricultural College Directed Studies in Agricultural Economics. He is also a Certified Credit Professional with the Credit Institute of Canada and a director with its Saskatchewan Chapter. He is active in the community and in local sport organizations.

Lyndon Carlson, P.Ag.
Senior Vice-President, Marketing
Lyndon is Senior Vice-President of Marketing at FCC, responsible for products, pricing, brand, marketing programs and industry relations as well as FCC’s learning programs, management software, and interactive and online services. Lyndon has over 25 years of experience in several areas of agribusiness. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture from the University of Saskatchewan. In addition to volunteering with his church, Lyndon serves as Past President of the Canadian 4-H Foundation, is a Director of Agrivita Canada, and a Director of the Canadian Centre for Health and Safety in Agriculture.
Kellie Garrett, MA, MC, ICD.D
Senior VP, Strategy, Knowledge and Reputation
Kellie is responsible for FCC's business strategy, enterprise risk management, strategic intelligence, research, communication and change management, corporate social responsibility, the corporate project management office and innovation. She is an Accredited Business Communicator (ABC) with a Master of Arts in Leadership from Royal Roads University and a graduate of Harvard Business School's Advanced Management Program. Kellie is passionate about volunteerism and is a Board Director with Canadian Business for Social Responsibility and past-Chair of the Hospitals of Regina Foundation. A regular speaker on topics ranging from strategy to personal brand, Kellie also counsels parents whose children receive autism diagnoses. In 2007, she was named one of Canada's 100 Most Powerful Women by the Women's Executive Network and in 2009, one of Saskatchewan's 10 Most Influential Women.
Michael Hoffort, P.Ag.
Senior VP, Portfolio and Credit Risk
As a member of Farm Credit Canada's executive committee, Michael is responsible for the Portfolio Management and Credit Risk areas at FCC. Beginning his FCC career as an Account Manager in 1988, Michael previously served as Vice President of Prairie Operations, Vice President of Partners and Channels, Director of the Customer Service Centre, Manager of Business Process Re-engineering and has held several other posts within the corporation. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture degree from the University of Saskatchewan and is a professional agrologist.
Greg Honey
Senior VP, Human Resources
Responsible for all aspects of HR and national administration services, Greg possesses more than 25 years of human resources experience. He oversees Human resources and Administration policies and direction for the 1,500 FCC employees across Canada. He is a member of the Conference Board Human Resources Executive Committee (West), the Human Resource Management Association and has been involved with the Canadian Pension and Benefits Institute and the Canadian Human Resource Planners throughout his career. Greg has a B.Ed. from the University of Regina.
Paul MacDonald
Senior VP and Chief Information Officer
Paul MacDonald, a member of FCC's Executive Committee, is responsible for Information Technology and Enterprise Architecture at FCC. Since assuming responsibility for the Information Technology function in 2004, Paul has led the transformation of FCC's IT organization through the introduction of a wide range of new enabling information technologies, services and processes to innovate how FCC delivers services and products to its customers. Today, FCC is at the leading edge of IT best practices.
Paul has been with FCC since 2001 and has held prior senior management roles in operations, most recently as VP, Alliances and Business Services. He has an M.A. (Economics) from Queen's University and a B.Sc. from the University of P.E.I. Before joining FCC, Paul held the position of Vice-President at Ipsos-Reid, one of Canada's leading market research firms. He is a past member of the Board of Directors of the United Way of Regina and has also previously held positions as Chair of the Board's Resource Development Committee and Campaign Co-chair of Diversity.
