We’re always open to resumés from talented people.
What does FCC do?
We’re a federal Crown corporation that helps producers, suppliers and processors along the agriculture value chain be more successful. In fact, we’re the largest financing provider to Canadian agriculture. We also offer equity, insurance, management software, information and learning.
Where does FCC do it?
We have 100 offices throughout Canada, so our 1,500 employees can work directly with people in the business of agriculture. Our corporate office is in Regina, Saskatchewan (a place where agriculture is pretty important).
How’s business?
We have a healthy loan portfolio of more than $17 billion, 16 consecutive years of growth and steady returns. And, we donate more than one per cent of profits to charities aligned with agriculture.
What does FCC look for?
We like enthusiasm, big ideas and a drive for high performance. If you do too, and you know how to work well with others, you’ll find opportunity here. Our salary and benefits are highly competitive and reward innovation and results. Like training and career development? You’ll find that here too.
Parlez-vous français?
Nearly 15 per cent of our loan portfolio is with official language minorities. And we serve francophone and anglophone customers across the country. Our commitment to both official languages helps us serve all of Canadian agriculture, so we positively treasure our bilingual employees.
If your career takes you to Regina, why will you love it?
Well, there’s the 12-minute commute (on a busy day), the great house that’s affordable, the French schools, the university, the Roughriders, all the golf courses, the shopping, the restaurants, the arts festivals, the downtown farmers market and Wascana Park.
