Working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities, you’ll provide general administrative support to our HR Talent Supply team. You’ll prepare routine correspondence, maintain filing systems and respond to requests for information. In addition to tracking expense budgets and preparing budget submissions, you’ll make meeting arrangements and prepare minutes. Along with at least three years of related experience, you have specialized administration or software training (or equivalent). Fluency in both official languages is required.
