Provide relationship management and credit process coaching to a local team of Senior Relationship Managers and Loan Analysts. With your experience in the agribusiness and agri-food sector, you’ll lead in workload management and staff development. In addition to sales coaching and deal development, you’ll play a key role in strategic business resource planning and budgeting. You have a degree in agriculture, business or commerce and at least six years of related experience (or equivalent).
