Organizational development experience required
Use your knowledge of organizational learning concepts and system change to manage and improve corporate-wide development programs. In addition to possessing strong project management skills, you have the ability to transfer practical, usable skills that develop organizational capability and capacity. You have a degree in HR management, commerce or education and at least three years of related experience (or equivalent).
